Moms Working Overtime
Moms Working Overtime is the community of women you've been searching to find for SO long. In this season of motherhood, each and every one of us clocks "overtime" hours, showing up the best we can for our family. These seemingly small things are what actually make the biggest impact on our children...and even though they may leave us completely exhausted, they pay time and a half - meaning the return on our investment is far greater than we could ever imagine! We bring together moms in waiting, stay-at-home moms, working moms, brand new moms, and the moms who have just a little bit more experience than the rest of us! Join in for laughs, support, encouragement, and validation of all things motherhood.

Pep Talk - That Lonely Middle of the Night Feeling
"I'll never sleep again"
Have you ever felt this way? Well if so, you're certainly not alone. As moms, we hear all of the things - to "sleep when the baby sleeps," or "just let them cry it out," or "chug some caffeine - you're fine!"
Easier said than done when you're not the one up all hours of the night, seeing each hour on the clock. Moms lose sleep for so many reasons and it can often feel like it's our responsibility to handle the late night wake-ups. Somehow, despite the level of exhaustion we feel, we still wake up the next morning and make the magic happen just like we always do in motherhood. That's mom strength right there.
The late night hours can feel incredibly lonely, and that's why today's episode exists. I'm here to remind you that you're NOT alone, and that you were perfectly designed for these challenging days. And of course, mama...you're doing an amazing job.
